The 10th International Scientific conference of Central and Eastern European Institutes of Agricultural Engineering (CEE AgEng) took place on the September 14 – 15, 2017. In the premises of Research Institutes of Agricultural Engineering p.r.i., Prague, Czech Republic. CEE AgEng is a subgroup the Community and was founded in 1999 by the Leibnitz-Institute of Agricultural Engineering (ATB) Potsdadm-Bornim, Germany. This conference focuses on topic of interest for Central and Eastern European Institutes active in area of agricultural engineering. CEE AgEng organizes bi-yearly conferences in Institutes of participating countries. The 9th International Scientific Conference CEE AgEng was held on August 26-27, 2015 in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation, in Institute for Engineering and Environmental Problems in Agricultural Production - IEEP. The 10th International Scientific Conference was focused on the most topical issues of technological support of agricultural production: development of new machine-based technologies and equipment for agricultural production; application of robots in agriculture; development of breakthrough (fundamentally new) environmentally friendly technological processes of agricultural production with significantly lower impact of anthropogenic pollution sources on environment; development of new methods and improvement of existing ones and means of storage of transfer and application of power generation taking into account local power resources including the farm waste; IT-based management and control of farm machinery and processes; development of technologies for application of renewable sources of energy. "
