Main goal of the paper is to introduce one particular part of the project „Tools for effective and safe management of rainwater in Prague city – RainPRAGUE”, namely the concept 1 - Rainsoft. Main project’s objective is to secure a higher quality of environment for residents within the urbanized area of Prague city regarding to current and expected trends in climatic change.
