Original language description
Site conditions and time were detected as two main factors explaining species variability. Ecologically similar relevé groups were found by TWINSPAN analysis. The development of a number of observed species, values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and changes of Ellenberg indicator values (EIV) in time were assessed for these groups. Dropping average EIV for soil reaction and nutrients were registered for beech forests relevé group. The wet sites of spring areas and peat bogs were characterized by increasing number of observed species, increase of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and raise of EIV for light and temperature. Shift of species composition in herb layer in time and structural development of woody synusia were analyzed also in whole set of relevés. Statistically significant shift of these targets was proved.
