    Production and characterization of generic antibodies against s-triazine and sulfonylurea herbicides

  • Original language description

    Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against s-triazine and sulfonylurea herbicides have been produced for the detection of their reidues in soil and water. ELISA based on these antibodies allowed to detect 7 s-triazines and 8 sulfonylures simultaneouslyoperated within the ppt-ppb calibration ranges. New concept for preparation of generic antibodies is presented.
