The incidence of IgG antibodies against the chlamydial heat shock proetein (cHSP60) and against the speciest-specific chlamydial major outer membrane protein (MOMP) of Chlamydia trachomatis (C.t.) an Chlamydia pneumoniae (C.p.) in the blood serum of 70 females attending a fertilization program due to fertility disorders were estimated, and the results compared with those obtained from 50 females suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and from 51 female blood donors respectively. The occurrenceof species-specifik antibodies against C.t. in women of all groups with positive reaction anti cHSP60 is significantly higher than in those without the antibodies against cHSP60, but against C.p. the phenomenon was observed only in the group of the blood donors.

Czech description

Byl hodnocen výskyt IgG protilátek proti chlamydiovému heat shock proteinu (cHSP60) a proti druhově specifickému chlamydiovému proteinu vnější membrány (MOMP) Chlamydia trachomatis (C.t.) a Chlamydia pneumoniae (C.p.) v krevním séru 70 žen, které byly zařazeny do fertilizačního programu kvůli poruchám plodnosti. Výsledky byly srovnávány s výsledky, které byly získány od 50 žen, které trpěly zánětem v oblasti pánevní (PID) a od 51 žen - dárců krve. Výskyt druhově specifických protilátek proti C.t. u ženvšech věkových skupin s pozitivní reakcí proti cHSP60 je průkazně vyšší u žen bez protilátek proti cHSP60, ale u protilátek proti C.p. byl tento jev pozorován pouze ve skupině dárců krve.
