    Conference poster: TRACES 2025 - Residues of pharmacologically active substances in food, feed and environment within the One Health concept (3-6 June 2025, Ghent, Belgium). This study describes a LC-MS/MS method which has been developed for determination of two glucuronides (19-noretiocholanolone, 19-norandrosterone) in urine. As internal standard was used 19-norandrosterone-d.The measurement of glucuronides was carried out by triplequadrupole LC-MS system. The method for determination of glucuronides in urine has been validated according to Regulation (EU)2021/808/EC. Decision limits for analytes were observed between 0.31 - 0.57 ng/ml. The method is robust for bovine and porcine urine analysesand can be applied both for screening and confirmatory determination in routine residue monitoring.
