Rozvíjení spirituální péče ve FN v Motole
Original language description
The author follows up on her two previous articles on spiritual care in public health care facilities that were published in this journal in 2008. This time she presents the feedback from patients, their relatives and hospital personnel in reaction to the introduction of spiritual care into nursing care as well as the establishment of a fixed position of a hospital chaplain. She describes methods for selecting particular departments and individual patients, including providing a 24-hour service. She mentions an increase in demand for spiritual care over the 18-month period from patients, relatives and personnel. In the author?s opinion, the interest of clients of all age groups from various hospital departments is justification to further develop spiritual care.
