First records of Western European species Calathus rotundicollis Dejean, 1828 in the Czech Republic. The species has been found in the floodplain of the Elbe river near Děčín, in the Elbe Sandstones, the Lužické hory Mountains and around Doksy in the Česká Lípa district in 2020–2023.
