A new species within the Gymnopus dryophilus complex (Agaricomycetes, Basidiomycota) from Italy
Original language description
Gymnopus inexpectatus, collected in a coastal park in Italy, on a dead branch of Quercus ilex, is proposed as a new species. On the basis of ITS and LSU rDNA sequences it belongs to the G. dryophilus complex within sect. Levipedes subsect. Levipedes, where it takes a unique position due to its compact coralloid structure of the pileipellis and its broadly ellipsoid spores (Q = 1.5). A latin diagnosis, description and illustrations, as well as taxonomic discussion on Gymnopus/Marasmiellus relationships,are provided. It is compared with species from Europe, North/South America and Indonesia, which represent the closest taxa in its section.

Czech description
Gymnopus inexpectatus, sbíraný v pobřežním parku collected v Itálii na mrtvé větvi Quercus ilex, je navržen jako nový druh. Na základě sekvencí ITS a LSU rDNA patří do komplexu G. dryophilus v sekci Levipedes subsekci Levipedes, kde svou kompaktní korálovitou strukturou pokožky klobouku a široce elipsoidními výtrusy (Q = 1,5) zaujímá výjimečné postavení. Je publikována latinská diagnóza, popis, foto a kresba mikroznaků a rovněž taxonomická diskuse o příbuznosti Gymnopus a Marasmiellus. Druh je srovnán sevropskými, severoamerickými, jihoamerickými a indonéskými taxony, které představují nejblíší podobné v této sekci.
