The study summarizes knowledge about the early Christianization of the Moravian Slavs from the end of the 8th to the beginning of the 10th century, i.e. during the existence of Great Moravia, taking into account the power-political and religious situation in Central Europe. The authors base their work primarily on archaeological findings from important power centers, but they also do not forget historical sources.
