Georeferencer allows anyone with a web browser to georeference any online raster map available in one of many supported tile formats. Based on the "Collaborative Georeferencing of Digitized Old Maps" pilot, the GeoReferencer software has been extensivelyredesigned in version 2.0 to include new user interaction logic. New features include the possibility of adding crop lines and functions for manipulation of control points. Support has also been added for several additional image tile servers. GeoReferencer is running online at http://www.georeferencer.org/ and is freely available to all users.
