Original language description
The Central European Meteor Network (CEMeNt) established in 2010 is a platform for cross-border cooperation in the field of video meteor observations between Czech Republic and Slovakia. Until 2024, analog cameras that works in low PAL resolution were used for video observation of meteors. Increasing requirements for the accuracy of multi-station meteor orbits led to the installation of new cameras with a higher FHD resolution. This paper describes a new system for recording meteors and also summarizes the results during Perseids meteor shower activity.
