Possible impact of CT histogram analysis in incidentally discovered adrenal masses
Original language description
In this commentary, we discuss the advantages, disadvantages, and possible pitfalls of CT histogram analysis, namely the percentage of negative pixels and the Gaussian model-based algorithm. The paper summarizes articles published on this topic and questions whether these methods could be included in the management of adrenal masses incidentaly discovered on CT scans.
