A Development of primary generators at CMI
Original language description
The development of two designs of primary generators will be presented in this paper. First the 1P1T generator in air medium and atmospheric pressure in loop design will be presented. It will be shown the main features of proposed generator, together with experimental results. The uncertainty budget of the device will be presented. Second, the new design of single-pass primary generator will be presented. The design allows operating at different gases and at different pressures up to 15 MPa. All the parts are constructed to work in explosion atmosphere (with ATEX approval). Pressure, temperature and flow at different places of the generator is measured and monitored. The flexibility of the generator allows working at the regimes of 1P1T, 2P1T, 2P2T and1P2T for measurement of dew point sensors and relative humidity sensors. The experimental results at different regimes will be shown together with the uncertainty evaluation. Last, the comparison between these two designs will be present
