Development of Primary Standard for ac-dc Current Transfer Difference
Original language description
This paper describes an investigation of single junction thermal converters (SJTC) resulting in development of a primary standard of ac-dc current difference. Frequency characteristic of the primary standard was determined by special measurement methods (low frequency method, fast reversed dc) and by a lumped element model calculation. Comparison of reference thermal converter (TC) calibrated outside CMI and new primary standard showed agreement better than 3 μA/A in ac-dc current transfer difference at frequencies up to 1 MHz.
