Mathematical issues in evaluation of instrumented indentation measurements
Original language description
Conference poster presenting the first results of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic project "Advanced mathematical and statistical methods in evaluating instrumented indentation measurements". The influence of the choice of the nonlinear regression method on calculated value of indentation modulus and hardness using the Oliver-Pharr method is demonstrated, and a new method developed in the project is presented.
