Original language description
There are two basic ways how to prepare a precise and metrologically traceable gas mixture. First, it is a static preparation of a gas mixture in a pressure cylinder for a later use in a calibration of a detector. Second, it is a system of dynamic dilution of two well defined flows of the pure gases for a direct use in a calibration. We have chosen the second method for that such preparation of mixtures is suitable not only for the calibration of the concentration meters, but also, for example, for ensuring the traceability of the secondary leak standards.
