Original language description
This article presents results of the clinical bicentric randomized prospective clinical trial dealing with peroral administration of special drink in a group of patients before colorectal disease surgery. This a new method incoming to clinical practice in complex preparation of surgical patients - a patient can drink some special potion to two hours before start of surgery. This clinical trial demonstrates a positive influence on a patient psychosomatic conditions, insulin resistance jointed with operating trauma, and cordial parameters. This clinical trial did not demonstrate any negative influences on a patient including peri-operative complications.
