Chronic renal failure was found in 38,6 % of patients with monoclonal gammopathy od undetermined significance by using cystatin C estimation and in 34,6 % of patients by using serum creatinine. The class of monoclonal gammopathy may influence results incystatin C methods, but not in creatinine method.
