Which myelofibrosis patients benefit from treatment with ruxolitinib? A single-center experience
Original language description
We analyzed 54 patients with myelofibrosis treated with ruxolitinib at our center, focusing on its impact on constitutional symptoms and splenomegaly. Constitutional symptoms improved in 96.3% of patients within the first six weeks of therapy, while a reduction in spleen size was observed in 75.9% of cases. Importantly, our findings demonstrate that any degree of splenic response is associated with prolonged overall survival.
