Original language description
We demonstrated that nestin expression in cerebral endothelial cells accompanies the process of angiogenesis. Nestin which is not normaly detected in the vasular endothelium of adult rat brains, was detected in the endothelium of newly formed blood vesses in neural grafts and solid tumours of C6 glioma.
