Adjuvant effect of Bacillus firmus on the expression of cytokines and toll-like receptors in mouse nasopharynx-associated lymphoid tissue (NALT) after intranasal immunization with inactivated influenza virus type A
Original language description
This article describes that Bacillus firmus appeared to be a potent adjuvant in mucosal immunisation of mice by influenza virus. The mechanism of adjuvant effect was followed by testing cytokine and TLR expression in NALT using qPCR.
