  • Original language description

    The simple procedure for coupling of Staphylococcus aureus endoproteinase GluC (V8 protease) to divinyl sulfone-activated cellulose magnetic beads was elaborated. The immobilized proteinase was shown to be suitable for the preparation of proteolytic digest suitable for the following MALDI-TOF MS analysis of peptides.
