Integration platform is a basic technical tool for realizing an interoperable Electronic Health Record (EHR). Our goal is to interrelate the knowledge about interoperability, the functions required for an EHR system and the formalized best practises foran integration platform. An evaluation method has been developed, testing dependencies between EHR use cases and logic implemented in the integration platform has been tested on the HL7 EHR System Functional Model.
