Our study has focused on patients of opposite age spectrum - aged over 60 years with a lifelong duration of disease [2]. We examined 42 patients (18 male, 24 female, mean age 71.9 +- 7.5years), previously diagnosed with narcolepsy with cataplexy (NC) according to ICSD2 (disease onset at 26.6 +- 7.5 years).
