Original language description
The review describes cerebral detoriaration on vascular grounds in 3 levels. Occlusions of big vessels with a single major infarct, middle calibre vasculopathy with multiple lacunes and finally microangiopathy causing leukoaraiosis. Changes in the vesselwall, in cerebral blood flow velocity, the territorial and interterritorial rules for the location of malacia or lacunes are reviewed using neuroradiologic aspect revealed by ultrasound, by CT and MRI. Alteration in diffusion and their measurements by MRI are discussed in regard to ultrastructural reactions to ischaemia. Thresholds for tissue deterioration are shown in association with ATP depletion and with pathologic compounds in the interstitium.

Czech description
Přehled popisuje mozkovou deterioraci z vaskulárních příčin na třech úrovních. Uzávěry velkých tepen s jediným velkým infarktem, vaskulopatie tepen středního kalibru s mnohotnými lakunami a nakonec mikroangiopatii, způsobující leukoaraiózu. Jsou zpřehledněny změny v cévní stěni, v rychlosti krevního toku, pravidla pro teritoriální a interteritoriální lokalizaci malácií nebo lakun, vše se zřetelem k neuroradiologickým projevům, získaným ultrazvukem, CT a MRI. Diskutovány jsou alterace difúze a jejího MRměření ve vztahu k ultrastrukturáním dopadům při ischemii. Jsou demonstrovány prahy pro tkáňovou deterioraci ve vztahu k depleci ATP a k patologickým sloučeninám v intersticiu.
