    Sixty-five patients scheduled for coronary surgery were randomized into 3 groups: A - conventional coronary artery bypass grafting, B - off-pump surgery, C - coronary artery bypass grafting with modified, rheoparin coated cardiopulmonary bypass with theavoidance of re-infusion of cardiotomy blood into the circuit. Thromboelastographic signs of fibrinolysis were clearly detectable during cardiopulmonary bypass in group A, but not at any time in groups B and C

    Šedesát pět pacientů, kteří podstoupili koronární chirurgii, bylo randomizováno do 3 skupin: A - konvenční revaskularizace myokardu, B - operace na bijícím srdci, C - operace s mimotělním oběhem, jehož povrch byl potažen reoparinem a bez navracení krve odsávané z perikardu zpět do mimotělního oběhu. Tromboelastografické známky fibrinolýzy byly jasně detekovatelné během mimotělního oběhu ve skupině A, avšak v žádném čase ve skupinách B a C
