Antibody responses induced by Trichobilharzia regenti antigens in murine and human hosts exhibiting cercarial dermatitis
Original language description
In mice, T.regenti induces IgM, IgG1 and IgG2b abs against cercarial antigens and the production of total IgE. Mouse IgG1 and IgE and human IgG recognise the cercarial 34kDa antigen. Human basophils stimulated with the cercarial antigens release IL-4.
Czech name
Protilátková odpověď indukovaná Trichobilharzia regenti v myších a osobách s cerkáriovou dermatitidou
Czech description
Infekce T.regenti vede k indukci IgM, IgG1 a IgG2 a stimulaci tvorby celkového IgE. Myší IgG1 a IgE a lidské IgG protilátky rozpoznávají cerkáriový 34kDa antigen. Stimulace lidských basofilů cerkáriovým antigenem vede k uvolňování IL-4.
