Original language description
The pH was monitored both at the macroscopic scale (macro pH) and at the microscopic scale, using a non destructive microscopic techniques employing C-SNARF-4 flourescence probe. The lifetime measurement was performed by tunable pulsed White Light Laserwith confocal laser scanning microscope Leica TCS SP8 and spectral SMD FLIM system of Leica and PicoQuant.
