Regeneration of osteochondral defects using novel composite hyaluronate-type I collagen-fibrin scaffold seeded with autologous chondrocytes was studied. 6 months after the implantation, the hyaline cartilage and fibrocartilage were formed in the defects.

Byla hodnocena regenerace osteochondrálních defektů pomocí nové kompozitní matrice složené z hyaluronanu sodného, kolagenu typu I a fibrinu a osazené autologními chondrocyty. 6 měsíců po implantaci se v defektech vytvořila hyalinní a fibrózní chrupavka.
