We evaluated the association of the lif gene mutation and aPLs in the peripheral blood of infertile women and we proved that the presence of aPLs was significantly higher in lif gene mutation positive group compared to women without any lif gene mutation.

Czech description
Zkoumali jsme vztah mezi výskytem mutací genu pro lif a aPLS v periferní krvi neplodných žen a prokázali jsme signifikantně vyšší výskyt aPLs ve skupině žen s mutací v genu pro lif v porovnání s ženami bez mutace.
