Original language description
The article describes the development of the coronary interventional program in the Czech Republic. Primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been used in the vast majority of patients with ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) during the last 10 years. Analysis of the Czech National PCI Registry (NRKI) was used to demonstrate the trends in the use of radial approach.
