We thank Drs. Li and Hopper for raising the important point of the possibly age-dependent effect of polygenic risk score (PRS) on colorectal cancer (CRC). We would like totake thisopportunity toprovide the age-dependent hazard ratio (HR) estimate of the LDpred PRS (r 1/4 0.003) that was shown to perform the best in our paper.1
