Original language description
Goeckerman's therapy of psoriasis combines exposure to pharmaceutical coal tar and UV-B radiation. In the pilot study (15 patients had been diagnosed whith psoriasis) a level of genotoxic risk from therapy was evaluated by using chromosomal aberration ofperipheral lymphocytes. The study suggested the presence of an increased genotoxic risk from the therapy.

Czech description
Goeckermnova terapie psoriázy kombinuje expozici farmaceutickému dehtu a UV-B záření. V pilotní studii (15 lidí s diagnozou psoriáza) mělo po terapii zvýšené hodnoty genotoxického rizika chromozomálních aberací periferních lymfocitů. Studie prokázala přítomnost zvýšeného genotoxického rizika po skončení terapie.
