In the retrospective study we analyse the fluid balance in trauma patients treated in Department of Surgery, University Hospital Hradec Králové in 2 years period from 2003. patients were divided to three groups according to ISS. Maximal positive fluid balance depends on ISS gravity.

Kumulovaná positivní bilance tekutin u úrazových pacientů

Czech description

Formou retrospektivní studie pacientů chirurgické kliniky FN Hradec Králové analyzujeme bilanci tekutin u úrazových pacientů léčených v období 2003-2005. Pacienty jsme podle závažnosti poranění rozdělili do tří skupin podle ISS. Prokázali jsme, že maximální kumulace tekutin je dosaženo u nejtěžších poranění.
