The activation and apoptosis of platelets in thrombocyte concentrates collected by to different apheresis devices were followed by the measurement of sP-selectin and annexin V. Both apheresis products are comparable.

Czech description
Aktivace a apoptóza krevních destiček v trombocytárních koncentrátech získaných dvěma odlišnými aferetickými přístupy byla hodnocena měřením koncentrace sP-selektinu a annexinu V. Oba produkty byly srovnatelné.
