We investigated the antiproliferative effects and proapoptotic effects of sulforaphane on colon cancer cell line SW620. Our results indicate that sulforaphane suppresses growth of human metastatic colonocytes and induces apoptotic cell death.

Zkoumali jsme antiproliferativní a proapoptické účinky sulforafanu na linii lidských buněk kolorektálního karcinomu SW620. Naše výsledky naznačují, že sulforafan potlačuje růst lidských metastazujících kolonocytů a vyvolává u nich apoptózu.
