Assessment of cardiotoxicity during preparative regimen and hematopoietic cell transplantation in acute leukemia with biochemical markers N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and creatine kinase MB (CK-MB mass).NT-proBNP seems to be a promising marker for assessment of cardiotoxicity in the peritransplant period. Negative cTnT and CK-MB mass concentrations show no detectable damage of cardiomyocyte structure.

Hodnocení kardiotoxicity během přípravného režimu a transplantace krvetvorných buněk u akutních leukemií pomocí biochemických markerů N-terminální pro brain natriuretický peptid (NT-proBNP), kardiální troponin T (cTnT), kreatinkináza MB (CK-MB mass). NT-proBNP se zdá být slibným markerem pro hodnocení kardiotoxicity v peritransplantačním období. Negativní koncentrace cTnT a CK-MB mass ukazují, že nedochází k detekovatelnému poškození struktury kardiomyocytů.
