Original language description

Haematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a therapeutic method which is not only used for the treatment of haematooncological diseases but also as a therapy for solid tumours and non-malignant diseases. Haematopoietic stem cell transplantation influences the further course of the disease and therefore the quality of life for patients in the same way as other therapeutic methods. The authors describe the evaluation possibilities for the quality of life and effect of selected aspects on quality of lifeof patients undergoing haematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the form of a review of the literature.

Kvalita života onkologických a hematoonkologických nemocných léčených transplantací krvetvorných buněk: vliv vybraných psychosociálních a zdravotních aspektů na kvalitu života: přehled literatury

Czech description

Transplantace hematopoietických kmenových buněk je terapeutická metoda, která se používá nejenom pro léčbu hematoonkologických onemocnění, ale také při léčbě solidních nádorů a jiných než maligních onemocnění. Transplantace hematopoietických kmenových buněk ovlivňuje další osud nemoci a také kvalitu života pacientů stejným způsobem jako jiné terapeutické metody. Autoři popisují možnosti hodnocení kvality života a účinek vybraných aspektů na kvalitu života u pacientů podstupujících transplantaci hematopoietickými kmenovými buňkami ve formě přehledu literatury.
