Quantitation of minimal residual disease in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia using locked nucleic acid-modified, fluorescently labeled hybridization probes and real-time PCR technology
Original language description
To address this issue in prospective studies, we have developed a quantitative molecular approach to monitor MRD in CLL, which allows the malignant clone to be traced with far higher sensitivity than possible with the techniques available currently. Conclusion: LNA-RNA-based quantitative real-time PCR is an effective approach for MRD monitoring with the potential for increased sensitivity compared with standard DNA-based assays used for molecular follow-up.

Kvantifikace minimální reziduální choroby u pacientů s chronickou lymfatickou leukémií pomocí modifikovaných fluorescenčně značených sond a technologie RT-PCR
Czech description
Vyvinuli jsme kvantitativní molekulární přístup k monitorování minimální reziruální choroby (MRD) u pacientů s chronickou lymfocytární leukémií (CLL), který umožňuje detekci maligního klonu buněk s vyšší citlivostí než u jiných dostupných technik. Závěr:LNA-RNA-real-time PCRje efektivní způsob jak monitorovat MRD.
