The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of 153Sm-EDTMP therapy. Conclusion: After 153Sm-EDTMP administration, bone pain palliation was observed in 72% of patients for 3 months. Hematological toxicity after 153Sm-EDTMP treatment was mild and transient.

Cíl: cílem této studie bylo zhodnotit účinnost léčby samarium-153-EDTMP. Závěr: podání samarium-153-EDTMP zlepšilo bolest u 72% pacientů po dobu 3 měsíců. Hematologická toxicita této léčby byla mírná a přechodná.
