Use of the biochip microarray system in detection of myocardial injury caused by radiofrequency catheter ablation

  • Original language description

In a group of patients with supraventricular arrhythmias treated with radiofrequency ablation, the authors showed increase in plasma levels of new markers of myocardial injury (hFABP, GPBB, troponin I and T) with he use of a new sandwich technique. The authors proved the possibility to use this new method to evaluate myocardial damage after radiofrequency catheter ablations.

Použití systému biočipové microarray v diagnostice poškození myokardu způsobeného radiofrekvenční ablací

  • Czech description

Ve skupině pacientů léčených radiofrekvenční ablací pro různé typy supraventrikálních arytmií autor sledoval vzestup hladin nových markerů poškození myokardu (hFABP, GPBB, troponinů T a I) s použitím sendvičové techniky. Autoři prokázali možnost využitínové metodiky ke stanovení poškození myokardu po radiofrekvečních ablacích.
