Original language description
Six-year clinical research (11 studies through the years 2003 - 2009). Data from total of 107 adult and 68 children patients with psoriasis (treated entirely by GR) were collected. Evaluation of selected metabolic, genotoxic, pro-apoptotic, anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic markers related to GR. The results indicated high efficiency of the therapy, limited genotoxic and proapoptotic effects and strong anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic effects.
