  • Original language description

    The effect of 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 168 hours treatment of Paraquat (MV) in 3 various concentrations on rutin production by Fagopyrum esculentum callus and suspension cultures was investigated. Maximum rutin content in callus culture was demonstrated after 72 hs of MV and in suspension cultures after 24 hs of MV treatment.
