    Synthesis of mono-, di-, tri- and tetracarboxy azaphthalocyanines as potential dark quenchers

  • Original language description

    Several new azaphthalocyanines were synthesized and isolated. Analysis of the reaction mixture and reaction conditions was performed using HPLC method. Photophysical and photochemical properties of the compounds showed excellent parameters for future development as dark quanchers of fluorescence in DNA hybridization probes.
