Original language description
In this study, acute heamodynamic changes after s.c. administration of isoprenaline were followed. Shortly, ISO caused rapid decreases in afterload, preload, diastolic relaxation and filling while a short-term increase in left ventricle contractility wasobserved. Similar experiments were performed with salbutamol and difference were discussed.
