  • Original language description

The study offers an outline of the characteristics of the Czechoslovak-Hungarian relations in 1921-1927. It summarizes in outlines the reasons of why the relation between Czechoslovakia and Hungary was characterized by mutual distrust and wariness not only in the outlined period of their interwar history, being the implementation of bilateral relations between both states possible only on commercial-political base. That means that significant moments of standardization and normalization of commercial-political relations of both countries are observed on the background of some important foreign-political moments of their bilateral relations. The outlined character and extent of the Czechoslovak-Hungarian relations is illustrated in its individual stagesalso by their reflections in the Hungarian legislative body.
