In this article authors focus on the theme of parental perception of the communication among doctor and patient, primary factors, which influence this mutual interaction. Based on the investigation made among the parents and children with Rett syndrome,the authors determinate the basic factors, which came of the respondent's answers and became the priorities in mutual contact. The part of watching the quality of the medical and nurse care is not only the communication on the doctor X patient level, butnecessary part is mainly the communication on the doctor X parent level in the nurse care with the children. In common with this contact rise the bounds, which can positively affect the next evolution of the cooperation, which is nowadays characterizedas a partner's cooperation. Rarely occurred paternalism in medicine is slowly fading and parent is percept as co-deciding part in the choice of therapy of the children.
