he paper discusses pottery finds with Old Hieratic inscriptions that were found in the core fill of Khuwy's tomb at Djedkare's royal necropolis, Saqqara, Egypt. These finds can be identified as jar dockets coming from storage jars with offerings. Some of them contain references to the dates of probably Djedkare's reign as well as to the temple of Ptah.
