Original language description
The Czech Republic is in line with many international legal treaties which are binding, required to establish the criminal liability of legal persons. Chapter in a monograph discusses the concept of a rejected proposal on criminal liability of legal persons, which was rejected by the Chamber of Deputies in 2004. Further analyzes and evaluates the implementation considerations of administrative liability of legal persons and outlines the likely direction of legislation in the country.
